The procedure<\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

We use an Alfa Laval machine, built and mounted in the summer of 2012. Its components are two hammer and disc mills, three atmosphera presses, a decanter X19 and a separator.
\nWe offer the best technology available.\n<\/p>\n

The olives – after harvest – are thrown in the hopper. Here is the process that will transform them into extra virgin olive oil:<\/p>\n

  1. the conveyor belt transports the olives in the washer<\/li>\n
  2. next they go through the mills<\/li>\n
  3. where the paste that goes through the presses is formed<\/li>\n
  4. the next step is the filtering in the decanter<\/li>\n
  5. after a centrifuge there is the seperator<\/li>\n
  6. from which, finally, extra virgin olive oil comes out<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
